Privacy Policy
EFFECTIVE: AUGUST 9, 2026
Klydmore Health ("Klydmore," "we," "us") is a product of RedArk Ventures LLC. This policy describes how we handle information on this website and in the Klydmore service.
The short version
Klydmore processes patient information only on behalf of healthcare practices, as a business associate under HIPAA and a written Business Associate Agreement. We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile numbers or messaging consent with third parties for marketing. We collect the minimum we need to operate the service.
Information we handle in the Klydmore service
When a healthcare practice enrolls a patient in Klydmore, the practice provides — and Klydmore processes on the practice's behalf — information needed to operate between-visit monitoring, which may include:
- Patient name, telephone number, and enrollment details supplied by the practice;
- Messages sent to and received from the patient, including responses to symptom questionnaires and check-ins;
- Records of alerts, clinician reviews, and clinical actions taken by the practice;
- Technical delivery records (for example, whether a message was delivered).
This information is protected health information ("PHI") governed by HIPAA. The healthcare practice is the covered entity responsible for the patient relationship; Klydmore acts as its business associate under a written Business Associate Agreement, uses PHI only to provide the service, applies the minimum-necessary standard, and does not use or disclose PHI for marketing.
How the service protects information
- Data is encrypted in transit and at rest;
- Text-message notifications to clinicians contain the minimum necessary — clinical details are available only after secure sign-in;
- Access is role-based and logged; every access to clinical records is attributable;
- We retain records as required by our agreements with practices and applicable law.
Patient rights
Patients' rights over their health information (access, amendment, accounting of disclosures) run through their healthcare practice, which controls the treatment relationship. If you are a patient with questions about information handled through Klydmore, contact your practice first; we support practices in fulfilling these requests. You may also contact us directly using the address below.
Information we collect on this website
This website is informational. We collect only what you choose to send us (for example, an email inquiry) and standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages visited) used for security and to operate the site. We do not run third-party advertising or sell visitor information.
What we don't do
- We do not sell personal information;
- We do not share mobile telephone numbers, opt-in status, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes;
- We do not use patient information to train marketing or advertising systems;
- Patients never receive AI-generated clinical content through Klydmore.
Service providers
We use a small number of infrastructure providers (for example, telecommunications carriers and cloud hosting) to operate the service. Providers that handle PHI do so under appropriate agreements, including Business Associate Agreements where required.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
