SMS & Messaging Policy
EFFECTIVE: AUGUST 9, 2026
The program
Klydmore Health (a product of RedArk Ventures LLC) sends and receives text messages on behalf of enrolled healthcare practices to support between-visit care: symptom questionnaires, care check-ins, reminders about those check-ins, and safety information approved by the patient's own practice.
Consent and opt-in
- Patients are enrolled by their healthcare practice, which obtains and documents the patient's consent to receive text messages through Klydmore before any message is sent;
- Participation is voluntary and consent may be withdrawn at any time;
- Consent to messaging is not a condition of receiving care from the practice.
Message frequency and rates
- Message frequency varies with the care plan the practice sets (for example, a questionnaire every two weeks, with up to two reminders per questionnaire);
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan;
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out and getting help
- Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed; your practice is notified so your care can continue by other means;
- Reply HELP for help, or contact hello@redarkventures.com;
- You can also ask your practice at any time to change or stop your messaging.
Privacy of your mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except as required to operate the messaging service itself (for example, telecommunications carriers delivering the messages). See our Privacy Policy for how health information is protected.
Important safety information
Klydmore is not an emergency service. Messages sent through Klydmore may not be reviewed immediately. If you may act on thoughts of harming yourself or someone else, do not believe you can remain safe, or are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department now. In the United States you can call or text 988 for 24-hour crisis support. Do not wait for a response through Klydmore if you need immediate help.
Supported carriers and devices
Klydmore messaging works with standard SMS on major U.S. carriers. No app is required.
