STEADY · MEASURED · PRESENT
Most of your patients’ lives happen between appointments — and until now, most of it happened out of sight. Klydmore keeps a steady, measured signal flowing from patient to practice: validated instruments and clinician-written check-ins by text, concerning answers routed to your clinicians the moment they arrive, and every step documented.
Currently onboarding founding practices. Why practices choose Klydmore
Klydmore was designed with a practicing psychiatric nurse practitioner, for the practices that carry between-visit care themselves — so the weeks between appointments become part of care, instead of a gap in it.
Instead of reconstructing a month in fifteen minutes, start from a measured picture of how the weeks actually went. See concerning changes while there is still time to act on them — and end the day knowing that if something urgent arrives overnight, it reaches a licensed clinician on your protocol, every time.
A check-in that arrives on schedule tells a patient someone is paying attention between appointments. Their answers go to their own care team — clinicians they know — never to a chatbot, and never into a void.
How it works
Your practice decides what is asked, how often, and what happens when an answer needs attention. Klydmore carries it out — exactly as written, every time.
STEP 01
Enrolled patients receive validated instruments — PHQ-9 and GAD-7, delivered word-for-word from the published forms — and check-ins your clinicians author, on the schedule your practice sets. No app to install, nothing to remember.
STEP 02
Responses that meet your practice’s thresholds, and messages containing risk language, are routed to your clinicians under your practice’s own escalation protocol — RED for immediate attention at all hours, AMBER for urgent same-day review, everything else in its place. Patients receive clinician-approved safety information in your practice’s exact words.
STEP 03
Every message, response, alert, acknowledgment, review, and clinical action is recorded with timestamps — a complete, chronological account of between-visit care your practice can stand behind, from first check-in to clinical closure.
The system, in numbers
Every number here describes the Klydmore system itself — not adoption we haven’t earned yet.
Our operating rules
Klydmore supports clinical care. It does not practice it. These rules are built into the software, not just this page.

KLYDMORE IS NOT
Who it’s for
Klydmore is designed for psychiatric nurse practitioners and small behavioral-health practices — the clinicians who carry between-visit care themselves, without a health system behind them.
Every safety message, threshold, escalation contact, and schedule is reviewed and approved by your practice’s licensed clinicians before a single patient message is sent — and any change requires a new clinical review.
Consistent instrument delivery and structured review turn measurement-based care from an aspiration into your practice’s default — with the documentation to show for it.
Klydmore operates as a business associate under HIPAA. Text notifications to clinicians carry the minimum necessary; details live behind secure sign-in. Read our privacy policy.
For patients
A text from Klydmore means your care team is thinking about you between appointments. Klydmore sends care messages on behalf of your healthcare practice, at your practice’s direction and with your consent. Your replies go to your care team, not to a company. You can reply STOP at any time to stop messages, or HELP for help.
